All orders are billed securely through our payment processor. Depending on when the order is placed, your card statement may show either “Custom Ventures” or “Doc Printers.”

Paying with a Canadian Debit Card

Many Canadian debit cards can be used online if they are enabled for international or online transactions. Before placing your order, we recommend confirming with your bank that your card:

  • Supports online purchases
  • Supports international transactions if required
  • Has enough available funds

If your debit card is not accepted, a standard credit card or prepaid Visa/Mastercard may be the easiest alternative.

Billing Address & Shipping Address Requirements

For security reasons, the billing address entered at checkout must match the address on file with your card issuer. If you want your order delivered to a different address, many Canadian banks allow you to add a secondary shipping address to your account.

We recommend contacting your bank before placing your order if you plan to use a different delivery address.

Using Someone Else’s Card

If you are using a card that belongs to another person, the order must be placed using the cardholder’s billing details. In most cases:

  • The billing address and shipping address must match
  • The order will need to ship to the cardholder’s address
  • The cardholder may need to confirm the purchase if requested

Orders where the name, address, and payment details do not match may be delayed or declined for fraud protection.

  • Western Union

Credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards remain the fastest and most reliable payment methods.

Is My Payment Information Secure?

Yes. All payment details are transmitted through secure SSL encryption and processed through a protected payment gateway.

We do not store full card numbers on the website, and all transactions are reviewed through fraud prevention systems for added security.
